Gay-MART's Travel and Resource Guide is intended to be an accurate, up-to-date, city-by-city guide to resources and places of interest for both residents and travelers.

Gay-MART reserves worldwide its intellectual property and other legal rights to all material published in its Gay & Lesbian Travel & Resource Guide.

Permission is hereby granted to all individuals to copy or print any or all pages within the Guide for their personal use only.

Permission is hereby granted to reviewers to quote and republish material from up to 5 pages of material from the Guide, provided the source is acknowledged within the publication which contains the quote or republication.

Other uses require prior, written consent from a representative of Gay-MART.

TO REQUEST ANOTHER USE OF MATERIALS IN THE GUIDE:

Prepare a request specifying the following information:
