    Gay-owned and operated, Mixed Gay Male, Lesbian and Straight clientele. Bed & breakfast guesthouse. Completely refurbished Queen Ann townhouse (circa 1900) with 10' ceilings. Each room is large and well appointed with full washroom, local artwork, remote control color cable TV, alarm clock, radio, telephone, sitting chairs, reading lamps, closet, ceiling fan, temperature and sound control. Some rooms have a fireplace, whirlpool tub, desk, ground floor entry and a spectacular view of the old City, Signal Hill, Cabot Tower, and the Narrows - the entrance to the city's harbor. Ideal for an extended visit. 5 rooms, all non-smoking. Kids and pets are permitted. Shared rooms for students occasionally available.

    Rates: from $40 to $110. The 15% tax is not charged.

This Second Empire Victorian style home (circa 1892) has four spacious guest rooms with ensuite bathrooms, bay windows, and queen-size or twin beds with down duvets.
